What do I get free, and what does Plus add?

The free plan includes:

• 5 full stories a day. Breaking news, today’s top stories, the morning briefing and stories shared with you never count towards this.
• 1 full report a week.
• 3 questions of your own a week.
• Unlimited suggested questions.

Informed Plus is US$4.99 a month, or US$39.99 a year with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Local prices vary by country.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new iPhone, use Restore purchases in the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. You can also email support@synapselabs.com.au. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

How do I report a problem with a story?

Open the story and tap “Report an issue”. You can add a note to explain what’s wrong.

Which editions are available?

Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada and Ireland, plus global news.
